林韬（1987-），香港浸会大学地理学博士，副教授，研究生导师。主要关注西南地区城市发展、城市居民活动与出行行为、旅游发展与产业升级研究。参与多项国家级科研项目，主持重庆市社科规划项目、重庆市教委人文社科项目各1项。在Journal of Transport Geography, Transportation Research Part A 等期刊发表论文10多篇。2015-2020年就职于中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院，具有多年城市规划研究实践经验，负责或参与多个地级、省级城市发展战略规划研究。
